Comprehensive Digestive

stool analysis

Our gut health is so important for our overall health and wellbeing.

Not only can digestive complaints such as bloating, gassiness, constipation, loose stool, reflux, excessive burping, nausea, pain and discomfort be awful to live with, but the health of our digestive systems is also important for the absorption of nutrients, the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and GABA; hormonal and immune function and the reduction of inflammation.

Dysbiosis is a common imbalance of good and opportunistic microbes in your digestive system that once corrected can result in healthy digestion, energy, deeper sleep, better mood and happier hormones.

How to Order

CDSA testing needs to be ordered and interpreted by a qualified practitioner. I require that we discuss your symptoms and whether we find this type of testing appropriate for you at your initial consult.

After we order the test for you, you will receive your test kit in the mail with instructions on how to collect your sample and return in the reply-paid envelope. Your sample will be sent to the Nutripath Laboratory in Melbourne with the results arriving in approx 2 weeks.

Test results will then be sent to me, and we will reschedule a consult to go over those results (we share screen via zoom so we walk through these visually together) and to adapt or create your treatment plan taking into account your results and all the other information we have gathered about you.
